At ESP we aim to create well-rounded, safe, and healthy people. To inspire joy, fulfillment, and success through movement by using time-tested tools and methods while empowering our community through our passion for physical culture.
We do this by using our tier system developed over years of experience working with hundreds of people. We start wherever you’re at - our program is adapted to your level (wherever that might be), with clear progressions for every movement. It’s not just busy work - we actually want you to get stronger, faster, feel better!
OUR TIER SYSTEM
TIER 1 - FOUNDATION
Tier 1 is our foundational phase focusing on consistency, stability, painless movement, and the development of basic movement knowledge.
In plain terms: you show up, we teach you simple, accessible movements.
TIER 2 - EXPLORATION
Tier 2 introduces more complex motor patterns while improving comprehension of basic techniques. You'll develop the ability to apply basic concepts to new movements and have better understanding of your workouts, from warm-up to cool-down.
TIER 3 - REFINEMENT
In Tier 3 you'll become more independent in your workouts, having developed a deep understanding of fundamental movements. You'll also be able to use this knowledge to adapt your program based on daily needs, as well as provide feedback to your peers during your shared workout time.
TIER 4 - MASTERY
Tier 4 is black belt level fitness: you'll be fully immersed & comfortable in a fitness mindset, capable of coaching & mentoring new members of the gym, armed with intimate knowledge of movement and movement progressions, and have near elite-level execution of complex movements.
