Mike is an Oregon native with a love for martial arts, skateboarding, and travel. He has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and has studied a variety of different fitness disciplines including gymnastics, powerlifting, strength athletics, and yoga. His knowledge in this wide array of movement techniques gives him a unique perspective that allows him to tailor clients’ programming to fit their needs and interests. When he isn’t training, Mike enjoys cruising the local skate parks and searching for the best pho in Portland.
